    The mower is quite brilliant, in my opinion, the best mulching mower there is at this price point. (My father also owns one) Great delivery and comms. The only low point was that you failed to include the free engine oil.
    This in itself is no big deal but it did mean that I couldn’t use the mower on the day of its arrival and will now have to wait several days before I can cut the grass.
    Unnecessarily disappointing.
    You must deliver what you promise!
