The Husqvarna Brushcutter 129R petrol brushcutter is a powerful tool for both professional and home use. This brushcutter will always give you optimum results regardless of the size and complexity of your garden. The brushcutter comes with a trimmer head, grass blade, combination guard and a bullhorn handle for better handling. The Tap & Go advanced system allows the user to extend their working cord length without stopping by tapping the trimmer head against the ground.

This brushcutter is capable of working on thick grass and any other form of tough scrubs. The grass bevel gear provides high torque and keeps the cutting equipment parallel to the ground for best cutting performance.

The 129R’s straight shaft offers an extra reach to ensure that no part of the garden is beyond your reach, while the combi-guard ensures you can work safely when cutting denser undergrowth.

A 27cc engine with Smart Start powers the machine, plus it has additional features like an automatic stop return switch (automatically resets to ON position for a trouble-free starting) and intuitive controls. The two-stroke petrol engine is capable of providing 0.8KW of cutting power at 8,000 revolutions per minute. When it comes to fuel consumption, the engine consumes 495g/kWh which is economical for such a powerful machine. Additional features with the engine include a 3 piece forged crankshaft and catalytic converter to reduce the engine, plus a reduced resistance in the starter cord for smooth starts. The fuel tank is transparent to allow easy refuelling.

The Husqvarna 129R is also easy to handle even for newcomers due to features such as the easy-access primer bulb and the smart start system that make starting hassle-free. Handling is also easy due to features such as intuitive controls and a lightweight of 5.21 kg without the cutting equipment.

Features such as dual handlebars enhance comfort as it provides a scything motion that eliminates muscle strain. The brushcutter also comes with a standard harness to lower the strain on the shoulders and lower back, especially for people who use the tool for prolonged periods.

I’ve bought the last three strimmers from Mole Valley, but a friend recommended I check out R&T. The only Stihl strimmer MVF do was £80 MORE expensive than R&T. I ended up buying the Husqy instead since I’ve always used them, and R&T included free setup and delivery in that price and kept me well informed until it was delivered.

Top marks for price. Top marks for service.

Oh yeah, the strimmer’s good. Each one gets a little lighter, quieter and more economical than the previous model it replaces. It’s a good light-professional grade petrol strimmer and brushcutter.

Always dealt with Radmore and Tucker they have never let me down. The strimmer is first rate it replace a 25 year old one bought from RT. It does what it says on the tin, the important thing is the firm that sells them. Only today I lost a bolt on my very old Husqvarna Mower bought from them, one phone call they had it sorted and will post me the part when it arrives.
You can’t asked for more than that.
Thank you for an excellent service and the new brush cutter Husqvarna 129R brush cutter

Thank you, fully informed along the delivery process.
Great piece of kit, I’ve tried a few times on grass and dense vegetation. does not miss a beat. The assembly is simple with good instructions and it starts with a single pull every time. Compared to my old Stihl strimmer it is a lot quieter and handles effortlessly. Fully Recommended.

First purchase with Radmore and Tucker and I was very happy with the service even under the lock down. I did a little research and ordered one of these. Seemed to be the best package, as other models offered a single harness or choice of blade or line head. This all all of the accessories. The unit was delivered within 2 days of order. All built and set up for me and fully gassed!. Excellent price too compared to other companies.
I have used it a couple of times. Starts easy and idles. Lots of power: Managed to hack down 18 inch high thick grass and thistles without struggling and chewing up line. Very impressed so far. Only negative thought – Gas tank could be larger.

I’ll start with customer services. First time I ordered from here and it won’t be the last. Excellent customer service from Any Tucker these are not your typical 9-5 people they go the extra mile even during the COVID-19 communication was fast.

The strimmer I bought was Hesqvarna 129R. I’m in the grounds maintenance game and often or not I’ve always oported for Stihl brand. The reason I purchased this was for a second strimmer on bankings sonit won’t be used everyday their fore I didn’t want to be spending £350-£600 on a strimmer.
All in all was easy to set up to pulls and off it went it’s a lot more powers than what I anticipated fro the price and is easy to use. The harness was a hidden bonus also. Over all 100% happy with the service and product and will be making future purchases from these. Thanks Chris

Delighted with my new Husqvarna 129R Petrol Brushcutter. Excellent service from Radmore & Tucker with free setup and delivery included in the price. It even had fuel in the tank and started first time. Light, robust and well balanced and easy to use. More powerful than expected and it cut some very tough brambles with the cord too!! Shall definately being using Radmore & Tucker again. Many thanks.

I purchased a a chainsaw last year a husky and the service was excellent so have now purchased a husky brush cutter and again excellent customer service plus their own van and driver brought it to me all set up ready to go at 08,07 in morning. I wish all companies were that good 5 *

The advice was what I remember – they knew the pros and cons. I did have a carburettor problem on first start up but the technical people gave me good advice. If this is a regular issue it might be worth shipping the tool required – which I had. In reality this was not the suppliers problem……….

Ordered the brush cutter about a week ago, good correspondence with the company, delivery was a bit longer than anticipated which was slightly disappointing but also understandable in the current climate (I will add that it was a courier delay according to the tracker, not the company putting it out for delivery). Machine arrived and I built it up, fuelled it up and started it, it sounded rattly. So I phoned the company and explained, someone called back 10mins later and explained that this machine is a bit rattly, as it’s an entry level machine and built to a cost, fair enough explaination. The noise is not loud or disturbing but it did catch my ear at first. Other than that it ran fine. Not cut any grass with it yet but it seems a good machine
