Delivery & Returns*
*Delivery Information - We only ship to UK Mainland and we offer free delivery to residents of the UK Mainland (excluding Highlands, Islands) for all orders over £100.00 ex vat. Orders below that amount are subject to £5.83 + vat delivery charge. If you wish your machine to be delivered to an address in the Scottish Highlands (postcodes include IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-78, PH17-50, ZE, Isle of Man.) then delivery will be charged at £40.00 + vat depending on size this may vary. (please call us for price on small machines and clothing as this will be at a reduced cost). Delivery is normally the next working day for orders received before 12.00 noon Subject to stock and availability. In the event that your order will take longer than this, we will contact you to notify you of the expected delivery date, and you will have the option to cancel if you wish. Any missing items or damaged items will need to be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery date. Please note that Ride-on mowers and certain accessories delivered outside the area serviced by our own transport may be subject to carriage charges dependent upon destination. Confirmation email with text message delivery notification. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email followed by a dispatch email when dispatched. If you don't see this in your email inbox please check your spam folder as the security on some email accounts are set to high.
We currently offer three delivery text messages to recipients ordering small items and handheld machines that go via Parcelforce. Please note all larger bulky Items will be delivered via Tufnells therefore the text servce wont be available.
Day of dispatch (email or SMS) advising that the parcel will be delivered the following day.
Day of delivery (SMS) advising that the parcel will be delivered that day, providing the option to reschedule to an alternative day or opt for neighbour or a Post-Office collection (.
Pre-delivery notification (SMS) advising that the parcel will be delivered in the next 90 minutes.
If you are likely to be out when our delivery is due you may enter delivery instructions, e.g. ‘please leave with neighbour’ or ‘please leave parcel in porch’, in the order notes as you check out. However, if you do ask for goods to be left on your property (e.g. in the porch or shed) while you are out, the courier will be unable to get a signature, so this is at your own risk.
Buy Online Collect In Store - If you would like to buy online and collect in store please state this in the additional notes box in the checkout process. (please check stock and availability with us before checking out)

Returns Policy - If you are not delighted with your purchase you have the right to cancel within 14 days of your purchase, or 14 days from the receipt of the goods (whichever is longer). If you cancel your order you will have your payment refunded (minus any carriage costs), provided you return your goods in perfect condition, with all original packaging and instructions, to us at the address shown on the contact us page.
Warranty Returns Policy - If you are returning an item for Warranty it will be at the buyers cost to send back the item for a Warranty inspection exchanges will incur the cost of posting the replacement item(s) to you – we will contact you as part of the returns process to arrange payment.
Exchanges - When you are returning an incorrectly-supplied product, we will cover the cost of returning the item. Please contact us to arrange this.
If you are returning goods for exchange, where the goods were neither incorrectly-supplied nor faulty, we will not be liable for your postage costs. If your order originally qualified for free postage, any refund will exclude the original postage cost; exchanges will incur the cost of posting the replacement item(s) to you.
